**About the role**
As a Global Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering compelling, high-value solutions to international clients, both new and existing clients. Acting as the strategic bridge between our commercial and operational teams, you’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions that meet client needs across people, processes, technology, and service models. You’ll guide prospects from initial engagement through to successful implementation, helping turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
You will lead functional and technical discussions, assist with RFx processes, deliver tailored solution demonstrations, and help define solution requirements. Additionally, you collaborate closely with Pricing Teams and other stakeholders—such as Implementation and Operations—to ensure seamless alignment throughout the sales and delivery cycle.
**Which tasks can you expect?**
- Develop strategic capability for SD Worx to support wins in customer new business and to support cross/up-sell/revenue development successfully once new accounts won.
- Responsible for shaping and designing winning solutions on international client opportunities - linking customer business needs to value generated from solution.
- Working with sales colleagues to transform initial client conversations into qualified opportunities or tangible business relationship and in turn qualified opportunities into profitable implementation projects and annuity service contracts.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Portfolio, Implementation and Operations to support client visits, sales meetings along with the tendering, bid and sales processes.
- Requirement and solution integration point for Operations, Consultancy and Third-party partners on client opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the Presales & Bid Office Team to ensure sales targets are met/exceeded and that team activity is maximised and appropriate to support success
**What do you have to offer?**
- 5+ years of experience in the HR and Payroll industry - solution design, presales, service delivery or implementation roles
- Experienced in international client-facing roles
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, working collaboratively across functions and influencing decision-makers
- Confident in communicating and presenting with a passion for innovation
- Technical understanding of enterprise ecosystems, integration requirements, typical implementation challenges and the means to mitigate them
- Broad knowledge of the current HCM market (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors etc.)
- Comfortable in meeting demanding, customer-driven deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German or French will be a strong asset.
