The International Payroll Services business unit is the point of contact in Belgium for international employers with regard to employing personnel in Belgium and Europe, including in the field of Payroll, HR, Tax and Legal. We are currently looking for several International Payroll Consultants in the Malaga office.

**What does your task package look like?**
- Preparing, checking and following up the foreign payroll with mainly foreign contacts.
- Execution and follow-up of the administrative obligations specific to the customer.
- Advising the customer on administrative, payroll and legal questions, with the necessary support from our experts.
- Building a solid relationship with your customer as his confidant.
- Optimizing processes and tools we work with.
- After a training period of several months, you will have the opportunity to regularly work from home and/or from a local satellite office.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Must be able to present at least a bachelor's degree or several years of relevant experience.
- Experience in foreign payroll is a plus.
- **An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch**:

- A strong interest in payroll and socio-legal matters and want to work in an international B2B environment.
- Communication skills, stress-resistant, customer-oriented and eager to learn.
- Commercial feel.
- Works meticulously and has practical-organizational competences.
- Contributes to our team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair.
