We are looking for a person to form part of Top Doctors’ Commercial team in a strong growth environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales UK, the Account Manager will be in charge of business development and creation of new accounts on the UK market by executing the strategies outlined by the company.

**️ What will be your role?**
- Proactively **identify, research, and prospect new potential clients** (doctors, clinics, or healthcare centers) in the medical sector, creating and nurturing your own lead pipeline.
- **Manage and convert inbound leads** provided by the Inside Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring a seamless follow-up and tailored approach
- Sell current and future digital products/services designed to enhance the visibility and digital reputation of medical professionals.
- Conduct consultative selling: analyze the needs of each potential client and create **personalized presentations and proposals**.
- Negotiate commercial conditions including pricing, service scope, and operational logistics.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and analyze key sales KPIs, commercial reports, visit outcomes, and market trends.
- Provide solutions and follow-up in case of incidents or client concerns.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- **Ideally, previous experience in B2B sales**, preferably in digital services or health tech.
- Proven experience as a **hunter sales profile**, with strong abilities in outbound prospecting and business development.
- Ability and motivation to **close deals in the first meeting** when possible.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and a consultative sales approach.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Fluent in English. Spanish is highly valued.
