**Support Analyst Second Line**
The support analyst second line is an extension of the support analyst first line. The support analyst second line is mostly more experienced then a first line analysts and handles requests with longer resolution times.
**Activities**
- End user support via mail or telephone
- Resolution of End User Incidents not resolved on first line and remotely resolvable
- Handling of standard and non-standard changes and service requests for single End Users
- Population of knowledge systems enabling first line analysts to increase their first contact resolution
- Invokes problem management
