Cumplir y mantener las necesidades del negocio proporcionando los más altos níveles de calidad y prestación de servicios, al mismo tiempo que gestionar las necesidades de los individuos dentro del equipo.
- Apoyar al Jefe de Operacione
- Gestión de equipos y servicio al cliente
- Seguir y apoyar la prestación de servicios de todos los flujos de trabajo mediante un estrecho control de los acuerdos de nível de servicio y las medidas de control de calidad acordadas
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con todas las áreas de la empresa
- Llevar a cabo auditorías y controles de calidad de los elementos de trabajo contratados y subcontratados para demostrar el servicio prestado.
- Revisar periódicamente el rendimiento con respecto al plan, a nível de equipo e individual
- Utilizar los procesos y directrices de gestión del rendimiento de la empresa
- Apoyar las necesidades de desarrollo y formación del equipo
- Gestionar la asignación de trabajo a los miembros del equipo
- Elaboración de informes periódicos diarios, semanales y trimestrales, según sea necesario
- Asumir la responsabilidad personal de la resolución de consultas/problem

- Nível Bilingüe de Francés
- Nível Alto de Inglés
- Preferiblemente experiência en sector seguros
- Experiência previa como team leader
- Se prefiere la experiência en la gestión de equipos multilingües
- Experiência probada en la gestión de un equipo, incluyendo el entrenamiento/formación, la gestión del rendimiento, la gestión de las ausencias y el compromiso de los empleados.
- Conocimiento de MS Office - especialmente Excel
- Actitud orientada al cliente
- Gran atención al detalle
- Deseo de entregar con alta calidad
- Autoaprendizaje y aprendizaje en equipo
- Capacidad de decisión
- Se prefiere una licenciatura
- Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales tanto verbales como escritas

- 12 meses de contrato inicialmente directamente con el cliente con posibilidad real de contrato indefinido
- 29-32 días de vacaciones al año
