We are recruiting a smart Market Access Trainee who can learn & contribute to our mission in Sandoz Iberia.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Support the Market Access team, liaising with the fieldforce when required.
- Management and control of the internal compliance (P3) tool
- Monitor and document ongoing activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Monitoring of internal processes ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Project Tracking and Support: compliance, budget, administration, coordiation of events.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- **MUST HAVE**:University degree in Pharmacy.
- Currently studying a degree or master's degree in a Pharma-related field with the possibility of generating an internship agreement (minimum 6, ideally 12 months) with your university.
- Fluent English C1 and Spanish are a must.
- Highly valuable: project management
- Capacity to work on highly complex environments.
- We are looking for a person with a high learning agility, planning and autonomy
