**What you´ll do**

As a Project Enablement Junior, you´ll efficiently manage the execution of comprehensive learning journeys, encompassing diverse BTS practices including Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching, and Digital Solutions. Play a strategic role in BTS's growth by driving data collection and results measurement for learning journeys. Additionally, foster relationships and manage resources for part-time facilitators involved in global projects.

Responsibilities include
- Collaborate with learning facilitators for timely delivery of online and offline activities.
- Administer online learning activities and evaluations.
- Ensure smooth operation of online workshops and platforms.
- Track participant engagement levels.
- Coordinate materials and logistics with facilitators and clients.
- Handle remote onsite program logistics and client communication.
- Assist in data collection for learning impact measurements.
- Maintain up-to-date client databases.
- Project a professional image and collaborate effectively with BTS stakeholders.
- Support virtual training delivery as a digital resource.
- Help manage office operations with local and regional team members.
- Interest in supporting learning programs using digital platforms.
- Prior experience or knowledge in virtual learning or learning technologies is a plus.
- Experience in data collection and analysis is advantageous. Knowledge in CRM-Sales Force is a plus.
- Eagerness to support multiple projects.
- Fluency in English required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management abilities, adaptable to ambiguous situations.
- Alignment with BTS values, including client focus and accountability.

**What we offer**
- A fun and flexible work environment with many learning opportunities.
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:30, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
