Senior Value Engineer, Enablement

**The Team**:
In this role you would report to the Value Engineering Enablement Manager, based in Madrid. This function is part of the wider Value Engineering team. The Value Engineer is a trusted advisor helping customers achieve their strategic goals and realise significant value using the Celonis Execution Management System. A Value Engineer has full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers - landing, expanding, adopting and renewing. Responsibilities include translating customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, building specific Celonis business cases and demos, running value workshops, and engaging with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver value driven results and secure long term partnership agreements.

**The Role**:
To equip our VE organization and ultimately support our customers on their path to value, we have a dedicated **VE Enablement Team**. Our goal is to onboard VEs as efficiently as possible and provide relevant and timely training to upskill the field. The **Senior Value Engineer, Enablement **role** **is responsible to help drive awareness, onboard & upskill as well as develop tools that equip our VE field teams.

**The work you’ll do**:
**Onboarding**
- Refine content for field and leadership onboarding pathways
- Organize process & product workshops for new joiners
- Work with the Renewals team to develop sales & renewals foundations curriculum
- Drive sales play certifications

**Upskilling Talent**
- Design and execute enablement programs for the latest product, value and customer success solutions
- Facilitate Walk-in-Clinic workshops to help VE’s develop soft skills (demos, objection handling, presenting etc.)
- Align with other internal stakeholders across product, business apps, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful execution of enablement programs

**Tools & Solutions**
- Develop and maintain enablement reporting dashboard
- Continue building VEDKs (Value Engineering Development Kits) that provide self-service enablement opportunities
- Coordinate ongoing enablement calls/programs
- Contribute to the monthly enablement newsletter
- Develop and maintain enablement calendar

**The qualifications you need**:

- **Enablement Experience**: Passion and experience of designing programs and helping individuals develop via mentoring, teaching or coaching
- **Customer Facing Experience**: Experience working in a customer facing role in a consulting capacity or in a technical role. Exposure to different stakeholders.
- **Product Expertise**: Experience working with a SaaS solution comparable to the Celonis Execution Management System. This could be in Process Mining, Process Improvements, Data & Analytics, AI, Automation, or PowerBI
- **Domain Expertise**: Business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer
- **Value Selling Experience**:Demonstrate experience with a value selling methodology alongside the customer journey: including discovery, qualification, proof activities, value realization that all demonstrate the potential value of the Celonis Execution Management System
- **Project Management**: Ability to plan, manage and execute end-to-end project scopes, expectations and timelines with a hide range of internal stakeholders
