**The role**:
As **Senior Technical Project & Enablement Manager (all genders)**, you will be the driving force behind project coordination, operational excellence, and knowledge enablement within our **Technical Services & Data Integration (TSDI)** department. Reporting directly to the Head of TSDI, you'll lead strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and foster innovation—especially around AI adoption and the upcoming migration project.
**What you'll do**:
- Lead and coordinate cross-team projects and ad-hoc initiatives
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and support resource planning
- Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards and reports
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Drive knowledge sharing and enablement activities across the department
- Support major initiatives like the 2026 migration project and AI use case development
- Maintain and improve documentation and onboarding materials (e.g., Confluence)
**What we're looking for**:
- Degree in Business Informatics or similar field
- 3+ years in project coordination or operations, ideally in a technical/IT or SaaS environment
- Strong experience in project management and process optimization
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
