**Role Profile**:
As Senior Business Development Associate, you will be a key player in driving Unispace's growth in the Spanish market. You will identify and cultivate new client relationships, focusing specifically on the Life Sciences sector and corporate interiors. You will work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and exceeding client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients within the Life Sciences sector in Spain, utilising various resources and market intelligence.
- Develop and implement targeted business development strategies for specific client segments within the Life Sciences industry.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials tailored to the specific needs of Life Sciences clients.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Manage the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and project handover.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business development strategy for the Spanish market.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Life Sciences industry.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Life Sciences workplace design.

**About You**:

- Proven track record of success in Business Development, ideally within the Life Sciences sector and corporate interiors.
- An understanding of the Life Sciences industry, its specific challenges, and the design requirements of its workplaces.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in market research and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
