Being an Administrativo logístico / Responsable Almacén is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
**Gestión integral del almacén**:

- Organización y control de existencias: recuentos de stock, inventarios.
- Contacto con proveedores y clientes externos e internos (almacén propio).
- Gestión de pedidos de repuestos.
- Recepción y expedición de mercancía, gestión de cargas.
- Gestión documental del almacén.
- Manejo de ERP interno (por implementar), Excel, correo electrónico.

**Gestión de facturación**:

- Seguimiento de presupuesto y trabajos de service partners.
- Gestión de factuas de service partners/proveedores de servicio.

**Profile**:

- FP Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas, Transporte y Logística o similar.
- Inlgés: B2, la comunicación con el almacén regional en Alemania o central en China será en inglés.
- Informática a nível usuario.
- Habilidades de planificación y organización.
- Persona responsable, con actitud de servicio, abierta y flexible
- Capacidad para trabajo en equipo.
