**Role**:
- Lead the monetization strategy of the company.
- Developing high-quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Building a strong team, leading and motivating them.
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Presenting the Company’s vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and employees.
- Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements.
- Oversee KPIs of the business.
- Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and acting as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
- Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.
- Work closely with CPO to develop the digital product
**We need**:
- +5 years of experience in strategic consulting/fast-growing companies/your own startup in which you were able to develop profitable strategies and implement the vision.
- Business experience (VC, entrepreneurs, consulting firms )
- Digital background and experience monetizing an app.
- Be a data-driven professional.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Experience taking decisions with direct impact under situations of uncertainty.
- Financial knowledge in order to build a P&L, understand the key financial ratios, keep track of the budget achievement and take financial decisions accordingly, with the support of the CFO of the group.
- Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Passion for the digital sector and entrepreneurial mindset.
