✨ About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic German-speaking Freelance Customer Engagement Specialists who enjoy connecting with people, gathering information, and creating opportunities for our clients.
Our client supports international companies with:
Lead generation and qualification
Appointment setting
Market research projects
Customer and prospect outreach
Data validation and database enrichment
Customer satisfaction and follow-up campaigns
This is not a hard-sales role. The focus is on building professional relationships, gathering valuable information, and helping clients connect with the right people.
📋 Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:
☎️ Contact companies and professionals by telephone.
🎯 Identify opportunities and qualify potential leads.
📊 Conduct market research and information-gathering activities.
📅 Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams.
🗂️ Validate and enrich customer data and CRM records.
📝 Accurately document conversations and outcomes.
🤝 Represent our clients in a professional and positive manner.

✅ Requirements
⏰ Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
🇩🇪 Excellent German language skills, spoken and written.
🇬🇧 Good command of English.
💻 Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office environment.
