We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Spain's beautiful capital, MadridYour responsibilities and impact as a Customer Experience Specialist will be:Supporting clients’ activities by being the very first point of contact for their customers:Answering incoming queries from customers and ensuring contractual SLA is maintained Identifying issues and provide solutionsEnsuring high level of customer satisfactionBeing a team player and participate in the success of the team and project, e.g. provide cover for absent colleagues together with the team and attending regular team meetings Skills, qualifictaions and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of Dutch and an advanced level of EnglishHaving knowledge about IT platforms, equipment and applications such as Windows/MS OfficeHaving previous experience in sales (up-selling and cross-selling) Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with peopleBeing a team player with high social competenceBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleAlready living in Madrid and available to start ASAPWhat’s in it for you?Full-time permanent contract 40h/week, rotational schedule depending on the project Salary: starting from 20.500€ gross/year depending on the roleOpportunity to join an international companyAn open-minded and employee-oriented working environmentCareer development opportunitiesYour Future Company:Your future company is a global leader in the BPO industry.
