Job DescriptionReportango al COO, el/la Head of Sales & Revenue serà responsable de:Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias de pricing y distribución en coordinación con los equipos de operaciones y marketing.Diseñar y liderar la estrategia comercial global del grupo, alineada con los objetivos marcados por el COO y la dirección corporativa.Supervisar la actividad del equipo de ventas (corporativo, MICE, grupos, OTA, B2B, , definiendo objetivos, prioridades y políticas de actuación.Identificar oportunidades de desarrollo comercial, alianzas estratégicas y nuevos mercados.Garantizar la coherencia entre la política de precios, la estrategia de distribución y los objetivosde venta de cada unidad de negocio.Supervisión estratégica del Revenue ManagementSupervisar la labor de los revenue managers del grupo, garantizando coherencia y alineación con los objetivos globales definidos por la dirección.Validar las estrategias de precios, distribución y segmentación, asegurando que se ajusten a la estrategia corporativa y al posicionamiento de cada activoAnalizar resultados de revenue management (ADR, RevPAR, ocupación) y evaluar el rendimientofrente al presupuesto y las previsiones.Establecer reuniones periódicas de seguimiento con los responsables de revenue para revisar desempeño, oportunidades y riesgos de mercado.Reportar directamente al COO del grupo, presentando información precisa y actualizada sobre los resultados comerciales y de revenue.Consolidar informes de performance y participar activamente en las reuniones de presentaciónde resultados con la dirección y otros departamentos.Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento de la demanda y evolución competitiva para anticipar decisiones estratégicas.Desarrollar y mantener cuadros de mando y KPIs que permitan un seguimiento eficiente del desempeño comercial.Trabajar de manera transversal con los departamentos de Marketing, Finanzas y Operaciones,asegurando la integración de estrategias y objetivos.Colaborar con Marketing en el desarrollo de campañas, posicionamiento de marca y ptimización del canal directo.Alinear las decisiones comerciales y de revenue con las necesidades operativas y de rentabilidadde cada establecimiento.
