️ Account Manager France - French speaking️Reporting to: VP Account ManagementLocation: Madrid️ Key Responsibilities:* As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and reinforcing our network of installation partners.* You will be in close contact with our installation partners, finding creative solutions to a wide range of challenges, with a clear focus on negotiations of price conditions for a mutual increase in business.* You will help to deploy a relevant hardware strategy in order to make sure our installers are offering the most competitive prices on high quality materials available in your country. You will be in close contact with local distributors and your product manager hardware.* You always have a clear view on the KPIs of all of your installers and frequently hold feedback sessions to improve performance and collaboration* You identify the needs and wishes of the partners and derive suggestions for improvement.* You consistently pursue your goals and always keep an eye on the relevant KPIs.️ Requirements:* You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in account management of B2B partners.* Native in French and fluent in English* You are passionate about expanding successful and sustainable partnerships.* You excel at working independently and autonomously and can maintain contact with your installers even at a distance.* You impress with your communication, negotiating skills and confident presence. Your charisma is your strength.* You make decisions based on a healthy mix of data and intuition.* You will be working closely with project, customer and technical managers.* Ideally, you have experience in the solar sector.
