Contamos con más de 135 delegaciones comerciales y más de 35 centros de producción alrededor del mundo, además de plataformas logísticas distribuidas estratégicamente para dar soporte tanto a los centros de producción como a los de distribución.Nos encantaría contar contigo en nuestro equipo humano, actualmente formado por más de 7.000 personas, grandes profesionales especialistas en diferentes disciplinas.Como Revenue Growth Manager, tu misión será la de maximizar los ingresos de las empresas de tu área mediante la implementación de estrategias de crecimiento y optimización de recursos, desde la revisión y/o implementación de metodología comercial a estrategias específicas de crecimiento.Reportando al Responsable del Departamento y al General Area Manager de la región, serás responsable de:Definir y dar soporte en la implementación de key initiatives y metodología comercial:Plan estratégico de los países bajo tu área de responsabilidad.Liderazgo de la metodología comercial: clasificación de clientes, seguimiento comercial, gestión del margen, etc.Definición de herramientas necesarias: CRM, Quotex, PBI…Masterdata de clientes.Marketing Estratégico. Soporte en la definición e implementación de la estrategia de producto por país y canal:Liderazgo de la estrategia de producto y canal.Ownership del funnel de desarrollo de oportunidades de producto de terceros.Coordinación con Corporate para la gestión de marcas corporativas.Ejercicio de MS y dimensionamiento de mercado.Trade marketing: promociones, métricas, performance...Búsqueda activa de oportunidades de margen (coste/precio venta).Masterdata de artículos.¿Qué esperamos de ti?Que cuentes con una Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Marketing, Economía o campos relacionados.
