We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Representative fluent in Swedish to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role provides the flexibility of working remotely three days a week while collaborating in our Barcelona office for two days a week. Role Overview:
As a Swedish-speaking Sales Representative, you will be integral in driving sales and managing client relationships for Google products. Your fluency in Swedish will be essential for engaging with Swedish-speaking clients and prospects. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and contributing to the success of our sales strategies. This role combines remote work with in-office collaboration, allowing you to benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing solutions.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Swedish-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, addressing any issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Swedish-speaking markets.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Google products and their benefits, and communicate this knowledge effectively to clients and prospects.Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals, providing regular updates to the sales team.Client Support: Assist clients with onboarding, product setup, and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience and effective use of Google products.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and support overall company objectives.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of Google products and digital marketing tools is advantageous.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, assess sales performance, and make data-driven decisions.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.Team Player: Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Flexibility: Adaptable and capable of managing tasks in a dynamic and flexible work setting.
