We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales and marketing efforts in Spain. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers, drive growth, showcase expertise, and embrace innovation.We'll provide an excellent work environment, a competitive salary for a full-time job, mobile phone, and your monthly balance in our internal virtual currency app.Responsibilities:Work closely with our Spain General ManagerImplement and customize the company's sales and marketing strategies to align with market requirementsUndertake sales and marketing activities to grow opportunity pipeline and develop sales strategy and execution plan to meet order entry objectivesOversee the negotiation and sale of all services and solutions across the entire Premium-Minds offeringEnsure a smooth transition of projects by providing a strong interface with the Premium Minds project delivery groupOversee the project delivery process through close interaction and communication with clients and internal stakeholdersQualifications:Fluent communications skills (verbal and written) in Spanish and EnglishBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of customer facing consultative sales experienceDemonstrated commercial and negotiation skillsKnowledge and familiarity with financial and contractual documentsA proven track record of developing sales and meeting revenue objectivesStrong customer focus and ability to lead cross-functional teamsProven track record of successfully selling high-value technology services and solutions, as well as long-term service contractsKnowledge and experience in Spanish salesExpect and encourage the best in everyone you interact withShare information and knowledge proactivelyBeing sincere and straightforward, admitting your mistakesBeing self-driven and work towards a common team or company purposeSpeak and understand Portuguese (English is a valued language)We are a Software House specializing in Web apps and systems integration with satisfied demanding customers in Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, UK and USA.We have teams composed of Software Engineers, Software Architects, Designers, Software Quality Engineers and Systems Administrators, working all together at Avenidas Novas, close to three subway lines, Entrecampos train station, bus stops and several Gira stations (Lisbon's municipal bikes).Here, we value people over processes, and empower autonomy through a bottom-up approach.
