Si es así, te estamos buscandoEl reto que te proponemos:Actualmente, estamos buscando un/a SALES TEAM LEADER para trabajar en la oficina de GRANOLLERS.¿Cuál es la misión B2B?La misión es potenciar comercialmente las tres divisiones de negocio de Marlex (Interim, Recruiting y Executive) prospectando intensamente el tejido empresarial de la zona. Captar e impulsar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, responsabilizarse del crecimiento de la cuenta de resultados de las oficinas y potenciar los clientes activos. También se encarga de promover la construcción de lazos de confianza con las empresas, velando por el servicio y asegurando la coherencia interna de los procesos para ofrecer agilidad, eficacia y fiabilidad.Tu día a día:En dependencia directa de la Dirección Comercial Regional, las responsabilidades de la persona seleccionada serán:Conocer y prospectar intensamente el tejido empresarial de la zona para captar nuevos clientes y oportunidades.Realizar visitas programadas y a puerta fría.Elaborar y presentar propuestas de valor personalizadas de los dos principales servicios de Marlex (Interim y Recruiting).Conocer y hacer crecer la cuenta de resultados para garantizar los objetivos anuales.Potenciar y ampliar las oportunidades con clientes existentes (hacer up y cross selling).Promover el contacto y el trabajo en red con las otras oficinas de Marlex.¿Qué ofrecemos?Formar parte de una empresa líder en el sector de los RRHH.Proyecto motivador con grandes retos y Plan de Carrera con posibilidades reales de crecimiento.Trabajar en un equipo joven y dinámico.Retribución según valía y experiencia de la persona + variable mensual por objetivos.Flexibilidad horaria de entrada (entre las 8h y 9:30h) y salida (entre las 17h y las 18:30h).Una tarde libre y un día de teletrabajo a la semana.26 días laborales de vacaciones + el día de tu cumpleaños.Programa de Onboarding y formaciones específicas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
