Let’s goYour missionAs an Engineering Manager on Broker Foundations, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team and driving them to deliver the technical foundations for the entire Broker Solution. You will manage the team responsible for our Design System and our GraphQL Gateway powering all the Bitpanda apps.What you’ll doPlan and execute strategically-important projects with a variety of stakeholders across different business units.Lead, grow, and inspire your team to perform at the highest level, and successfully deliver their best in a fast-paced environment, by performing regular 1:1's with them and creating a career development plan.Closely work together with our Solution Leads to build and further develop your team and the overall Engineering area together and ensuring tight collaboration across teams and hubs.Closely work with our Design team on creating a world-class Design System.Lead our Staff Engineers for Web and Mobile and cooperate with them on creating the technical roadmap.Who you areYou have the ability to lead teams effectively, provide guidance in ambiguous situations, influence technical discussions and are able to contribute to the development and future growth of software engineers.You have experience in a leadership role with demonstrated deep knowledge of the development of digital products, good understanding of software architecture all the way from experimentation to continuous improvement in an agile environment.You are highly collaborative, focused on building relationships across all departments.Capability to perform regular performance reviews and derive new development goals or improvement strategies.
