Jouw doel Als Manager engineering ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle engineering activiteiten, van engineering support aan sales tot en met de oplevering van de complete engineering pakketten. Je gaat de afdelingen Industrial automation, Process- en Mechanical engineering aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen. Dankzij jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten zorg je voor een heldere taakverdeling , goede communicatie en een sterk teamgevoel . Het creëren van een motiverende en stimulerende omgeving zit in jouw bloed. Je bent mensgericht. Met deze functie heb je een unieke kans om bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het productportfolio. Wat ga je doen? We hebben het voor je op een rij gezet: Je bent -samen met je team- verantwoordelijk dat de engineering-taken conform planning gereed komen. Je hebt een voortdurende focus op de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Verbeteren is in deze rol een constante factor. Je bent frequent in overleg met de teamleiders van de engineeringsafdelingen. Jullie planningen moeten overeenstemmen. Je vertaalt strategische doelen naar tactisch en operationeel niveau en maakt lange - en korte termijn planningen . Je realiseert daarmee een juiste inzet van mensen en middelen. Je bewaakt en verbetert de werkprocessen en rapporteert de voortgang op basis van heldere doelstellingen. Dit ben jij Je hebt met succes een hbo opleiding of hebt dit niveau door ervaring weten te bereiken. Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in een projectenorganisatie binnen de maakindustrie. Je hebt een pragmatische instelling, bent slagvaardig en durft besluiten te nemen. Met als resultaat dat je zorgvuldige en procesmatige afwegingen maakt en voortvarend in de uitvoering bent. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed. Werken bij ons betekent De salarisrange voor deze functie bij een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van je professionele ervaring, ligt tussen de € 4.510,- en € 6.452,- bruto per maand. Je kunt nog groeien binnen deze functie tot een salaris van € 7.591,- per maand. Een 'noaber' die jou in onze organisatie wegwijs maakt. Maar liefst 27 vakantie- en 7 Adv-dagen. Goede regeling woon- werkverkeer. PME pensioenregeling en korting zorgverzekering. Een actieve personeelsvereniging. Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals Benefitswork, keuzemodel arbeidsvoorwaarden en een sportkaart voor Nijmegen, Arnhem en omgeving.
