About the Role The Manager, Airline Partnerships will manage a portfolio of small‑to‑medium sized airline partners, securing the best airline content for Perk and negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers. You will present strategic recommendations to Perk executives and have a direct impact on revenue streams and price competitiveness. What will you be doing? Oversee and grow commercial relationships and negotiations with airline partners on behalf of Perk. Collaborate with suppliers and Perk’s Product team to optimize content, pricing, and connectivity. Identify and execute additional revenue opportunities across the airline supplier ecosystem. Champion commercial oversight over the following: Incentive strategy Portfolio performance Revenue forecasting Marketing opportunities Price competitiveness Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Operations, Customer Management, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to align strategic initiatives. Identify key content gaps and functionality needs with airline suppliers to improve coverage. Conduct profitability analysis. Manage contract renewals and renegotiate conditions. Represent Perk at industry events and build brand recognition. What will you need to succeed? Tenured experience in the travel industry; preferably with airlines or supplier partnership management. Knowledgeable in airline content distribution strategies, legacy (Edifact) and modern retailing (NDC) capabilities. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative approach. Proficient analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficient in Excel and other data‑analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish desirable; other European languages a haz.
