Impulsando un ambicioso proyecto de expansión, desarrollando y operando parkings seguros para camiones con servicios premium.Tu nuevo puestoComo Energy Project Manager, reportando al Manager/Director del área la persona selecionada se encargará de:Dar soporte al desarrollo, gestión y ejecución de proyectos energéticos.Foco en energías renovables, autoconsumo fotovoltaico, movilidad eléctrica e infraestructura de recarga en los parkings.Trabajo transversal con equipos internos y interesadas externos (ingenierías, instaladores, administraciones y proveedores).Gestión de proyectos de principio a fin en distintos países europeos.Coordinación y seguimiento técnico de las distintas partes implicadas.Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puestoFormación universitaria en Ingeniería (Industrial, Energía, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Renovables o similar).2–5 años de experiencia en proyectos energéticos:Autoconsumo fotovoltaico y energías renovables.Infraestructura de recarga y movilidad eléctrica.Proyectos eléctricos BT/MT o eficiencia energética.Experiencia básica en gestión de proyectos y coordinación de terceros.Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.Disponibilidad para viajar por Europa un 20–25% del tiempo (viajes entre semana).Buen manejo de Excel y PowerPoint; se valorará experiencia con herramientas como PVsyst, PV*SOL, AutoCAD o software de gestión de proyectos.Perfil organizado, autónomo, con capacidad de negociación, orientación a resultados y visión de negocio.Qué obtendrás a cambioIncorporarte a un proyecto internacional en plena expansión, con impacto directo en la transición energética y la movilidad sostenible.Contrato indefinido y jornada completa.Salario fijo entre 40.000 € y 45.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia.Horario flexible.Teletrabajo 2 días por semana (ocasionalmente 3).Beneficios sociales: retribución flexible, mutua médica, ticket restaurante, transporte, guardería y compensación de gastos.Entorno profesional dinámico, cercano y de alto crecimiento, con visibilidad y contacto directo con dirección.Tu siguiente pasoSi estás interesado en esta oferta, haz click en "aplicar ahora" para enviar una copia actualizada de tu CV, o llámanos ahora.Si esta oferta no se adapta a tu perfil pero estás buscando un nuevo puesto de trabajo, por favor contáctanos y lo comentamos. xcskxlj Te garantizamos la confidencialidad.
