We are currently recruiting a Swedish & Spanish Speaking Project Manager to support and deliver renewable energy projects within our portfolio. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects across their lifecycle, from planning and execution through to delivery and close-out. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with quality and regulatory requirements. This role suits an experienced project manager who is comfortable owning projects day-to-day, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal project practices, without direct line-management responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the planning, execution and completion of renewable energy projects Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, timeline and budget Maintain and track project plans, schedules and budgets Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures Report project progress to internal and external stakeholders Liaise with external suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery Provide project coordination and technical input in collaboration with engineering and development teams Work closely with legal, finance and permitting teams to support project progress Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, environmental and quality standards Support continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned Contribute to early-stage project development activities, including feasibility and technical assessments PROFILE Clear and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Structured and analytical, with a solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in parallel High attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through Organised, self-motivated and dependable Able to work independently while collaborating closely with wider teams Proactive team player with a practical and hands-on approach REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or a related field Proven experience managing renewable energy projects, ideally in utility-scale solar, wind or energy storage Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies and project management methodologies Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and authorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment Experience supporting permitting and regulatory processes is an advantage PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus Experience tracking project budgets and costs Fluent in Swedish, Spanish and English WE OFFER Competitive salary and benefits package, aligned with experience 25 days of holiday plus your birthday off Opportunity to contribute to impactful renewable energy projects Multicultural and international working environment Health insurance and local employee discounts Professional development and career progression opportunities Supportive, collaborative and people-focused team culture Job Type: Full-time Language: Inglês (Required) Work Location: In person
