The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a Project Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in renewable energy sectors is highly valued.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, (Knowledge of Spanish French & Portuguese is a plus)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordination of technical and commercial aspects of the projects, including maintaining a close relationship with all project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Actively participating in business development, and the development of the business area strategy.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Represent the company at events when needed such as as fairs, trade shows & associations.
