Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) Barcelona invites applications for tenure‑track Assistant Professor positions in management, especially in the areas of marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Appointments are expected to begin in September 2027. We seek candidates with strong research potential who hold a PhD, or expect to complete one by the end of summer 2027.

Faculty members benefit from research support and teaching opportunities within our graduate schools: the UPF Barcelona School of Management and Barcelona School of Economics. Tenure‑track professors have few administrative responsibilities and are expected to focus on producing excellent research.

We will hold first‑round interviews online shortly after the deadline. We will schedule campus visits during fall 2026.
