In this role, you will support a cloud migration from Azure to Google Cloud Platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and optimize the cloud architecture during the transition and beyond. You will drive automation, monitoring, and CI/CD practices to sustain scalable operations. - Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure for Azure to GCP migration
- Develop automation and monitoring solutions to ensure reliability and performance
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud engineers, and development teams for a smooth transition
- Optimize cloud resource usage and implement cost-effective solutions
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and availability issues in production
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices during migration
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
- Strong Azure and GCP expertise (networking, storage, compute)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (GKE), and IaC
- Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver, Datadog)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and cloud governance in enterprise environments
