**Responsabilidades**:
- Establecer una relación de confianza con cada cliente que contacte con nosotros, representando los valores de la empresa.
- Detectar las necesidades de nuestros clientes, asesorarlos en la compra de nuevos productos.
- Asesoramiento comercial (con incentivos por venta)
- Realizar un seguimiento de los clientes que necesiten apoyo y asistencia técnica por correo electrónico, chat y/o teléfono.
- Escalar las consultas que no se puedan resolver dentro del equipo al Segundo nível de soporte.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
- Imprescindible dominio de español y catalán - Tener experiência previa demostrable en atención al cliente y/o helpdesk. Si no tienes experiência, tampoco pasa nada, pero, eso sí, tener estudios relacionados y/o clara orientación al cliente y actitud que lo compensen :) - Impecable comunicación tanto oral como escrita - No se busca a un teleoperador cualquiera, sino una persona capaz de trabajar con autonomía en un entorno de alta colaboración entre compañeros. - Alta orientación al cliente: Win - Win Competencias claves: Pasión por ayudar a los demás: amas lo que haces Trabajo en equipo: colaboración tanto con el equipo de tu departamento como con los demás departamentos de la empresa Independiente: Nadie necesita empujarle para sobresalir; es sólo quien eres.
