It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.About the location:The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes. The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.About the role:The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a bartender to join our team. Applicants should strive for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. He or she should be able to respond to guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. In addition, the main duties to perform are:Elaborate signature cocktails and take initiative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.Organize and control the operations of the bar.Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage, and safety standards.Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in the bar as needed.Assist with daily inventory and ordering.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.What you bring:Our ideal bartender has a passion for providing best-in-class service and can connect with guests by creating experiences and memories, demonstrating the finer touches of luxury service. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required.
