The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Técnico de Mantenimiento – Hotel Four Seasons Resort Mallorca en FormentorLa misión del Técnico de MantenimientoFour Seasons Formentor está buscando a un/a técnico/a de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo. El/la técnico/a de Mantenimiento es responsable de las llamadas internas y externas y ayudar en el mantenimiento de que todas las instancias del hotel estén en óptimas condiciones operativas, llevando a cabo acciones de mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones en la sala de máquinas (incluyendo calefacción, instalación eléctrica, aire acondicionado, fontanería y refrigeración). El puesto también incluye aprender varios sistemas informáticos técnicos y la interacción con huéspedes.Funciones del técnico/a de mantenimiento:Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo de sistemas como electricidad y fontanería para evitar averías y prolongar la vida útil de los equipos.Llevar a cabo reparaciones correctivas en equipos dañados y áreas comunes, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.Garantizar que las habitaciones y zonas públicas estén en óptimas condiciones, realizando reparaciones cuando sea necesario.Supervisar y mantener los sistemas de seguridad, como alarmas, detectores de humo y equipos contra incendios, para cumplir con los estándares de seguridad.Coordinar con contratistas externos para gestionar reparaciones especializadas o trabajos que requieran conocimientos técnicos avanzados.Administrar el inventario de repuestos y materiales, y asegurarse de que las herramientas de trabajo estén en buen estado.Asegurar que todas las reparaciones y mantenimientos cumplan con las normativas de seguridad y calidad aplicables.Responder rápidamente a emergencias, como apagones o fugas, para minimizar el impacto en las operaciones del hotel y en los huéspedes.Participar en programas de capacitación continua para mejorar habilidades y mantenerse actualizado en procedimientos de mantenimiento y seguridad.Nuestro/a técnico/a de mantenimiento ideal tendrá:Excelentes dotes de comunicación y grandes habilidades de resolución de problemas. Trabajar de manera independiente y eficiente son requisitos indispensables. Los/as candidatos/as deben tener un mínimo de dos años de experiencia técnica, o un certificado de Formación Profesional Superior de carácter técnico. Hablar inglés es recomendable, pero no necesario.
