Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative with a background in energy trading to expand our reach in the renewable energy market. In this role, you will focus on promoting ARSOS, our automation solution for grid and market operations.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with energy trading firms and renewable energy producers, and closing sales that drive growth and enhance the value of our customers' trading operations.
What You´ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive the adoption of ARSOS in the energy trading sector, with a focus on renewable energy producers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including traders, asset managers, and market operators in the energy industry.
- Demonstrate ARSOS's capabilities to potential clients, emphasizing its benefits for automating market responses, optimizing trading decisions, and ensuring grid compliance.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that enhance trading efficiency, revenue maximization, and compliance with grid regulations.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets for ARSOS solutions.
Stay informed about energy market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

What You Need To Succeed:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the energy sector, specifically with a focus on energy trading or related technologies.
- Proven track record of selling Saa S or technology solutions to trading firms, energy producers, or grid operators.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, trading strategies, and the operational challenges in energy trading.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and convincingly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, energy management, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional training in energy trading or finance is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are advantageous.
