As Head of Portfolio Strategy & Planning, you will shape UK&I portfolio priorities by combining customer, market, brand and commercial data to guide investment and resource allocation. You’ll lead market sizing, forecasting and strategic outlooks, aligning cross-functional leaders around opportunities with the greatest potential. You’ll translate insights into concrete investment plans and business cases, influencing senior decision-making. This is a strategic, impact-focused role at a company with iconic brands and a mission to grow responsibly.

- Own UK&I portfolio strategy across products, channels, brands and customer segments.
- Develop evidence-based investment recommendations with Marketing and Finance.
- Lead market sizing, forecasting and strategic market outlooks to inform decisions.
- Drive strategic planning, portfolio business cases and support executive decision-making forums.
- Translate portfolio priorities into clear investment plans and measurable outcomes.
- Proven portfolio strategy experience within direct-to-consumer businesses.
- Strong commercial background evaluating opportunities, trade-offs and returns.
- Track record of prioritising initiatives and allocating resources across competing demands.
- Experience creating governance and planning processes that support investment and prioritisation decisions.
