What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, AI/ML and Data roles, from sourcing to offer closePartner directly with the executive board and engineering leadership to shape hiring strategy, including for newer roles (AI/ML, data) that don't have an established playbook yetBuild and maintain pipelines across local and international marketsAssess AI/ML and engineering profiles credibly at a senior level, not just keyword-match a JDWhat we need6+ years in technical recruiting, with real, demonstrable Engineering/AI/Data hiring experience (not general/admin TA)Native or professional Spanish + strong EnglishComfortable running full-cycle processes autonomouslyHybrid in ValenciaNice to haveE-commerce/D2C/consumer tech recruiting experienceStable tenure track record — this is meant to become long-term, not a quick stopover
