In this Data Engineer role within R&D Operations, you transform telemetry, logs and operational data from millions of connected devices into actionable insights that improve product reliability and customer experiences. You will collate data from multiple sources, build analytical solutions, and support evidence-based decisions across engineering, QA, and release management. You’ll strengthen observability and help scale data capabilities in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This opportunity offers hands-on data work with a clear impact on product performance and service quality.
Responsabilidades- Collect, structure and combine data from multiple sources to build reliable datasets
- Analyze telemetry, logs and metrics to spot trends, anomalies and performance issues
- Develop data models, KPIs and analytical solutions to illuminate product and service performance
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA and Operations to investigate field issues and support root-cause analysis
- Support software/firmware releases by analyzing performance across versions, devices and deployments
- Improve observability and automate recurring analyses to detect issues earlier
- Engage with stakeholders across R&D to understand needs and share insights
- A couple of years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Observability or a similar technical role
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python or a comparable programming language
- Experience combining, analysing and validating data from multiple sources
- Experience investigating technical issues and turning data into actionable insights
- Experience developing KPIs, automated reports, dashboards or analytical solutions
- Curiosity about how technical systems work and ability to communicate findings clearly
