The job is hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 days remote) and we offer an indefinite contract.Mission: The consultant will be in charge of helping the Secure Email team enhance the behavior of their end users by collecting and explaining all the processes required for the product and services related.Actions:Analysis of current email flowDetection and explanation of use casesAnalysis of incidentsExplanation of best practicesUnderstanding the Email infrastructureRetrieving all alerts reported by the L3 and being able to answer technicallyDeveloping the awareness strategy to enhance the behavior of Secure Email usersDeliverables: Creation of a Secure Email knowledge base inside the intranet, collecting all the information needed for Secure Email users (entities security team, etc.): Best Practices, Usage rules of email gateway, Forbids, etc.Skills:Mail gatewaySecurityITTechnical backgroundExcellent technical copywritingPrevious experience in Email securityExcellent EnglishSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
