Role Mission: *
To work actively with the wider consultancy team to deliver the final engagement and assisting with both on-site (security gap analysis, formal security assessment of compliance and related evidence gathering) and off-site activities (evidence analysis, report writing, preparing meeting minutes).

Key Responsibilities: *
Under supervision of Managing Consultant, QSA Mentor and a Senior Consultant, learn how to and eventually be responsible for:

Preparation: *
- Analysis and assessment of customer’s environment against requirements of Information Security standards and frameworks.
- Preparation, organization, collection and maintenance of the information needed to start an engagement.

**Engagement**:

- Attending meetings, onsite and offsite assessments, supervised by the Managing Consultant, QSA Mentor or Senior Consultant, taking notes, understanding client expectations, business processes and the technological environment.
- Analysis of the gathered evidence, such as internal policies and procedures, configuration extracts, script outputs, in collaboration with senior consultants.
- Supporting the other consultants’ findings of the best technological, software and procedural solutions, in order to provide consultancy and remediation activities to the customer.
- Learning along with Managing Consultant, Mentor QSA or Senior Consultant how to:

- Provide professional and reliable IT security advice, acquiring all the skills necessary for this purpose.
- International standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, PSD2 and others).

**Reporting**:

- Writing draft versions of reports resulting from the engagements including but not limited to: gap analysis, assessment, feasibility study, meeting minutes.
- Providing regular status reports to QSA Mentor, or Senior Consultant.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Familiarity with Linux, Microsoft and cloud environments.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks (Firewall, Switch, router, ISO/OSI model, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of database administration and/or software development processes is a benefit.
- Ability to assess IT environments against various requirements of security framework is a benefit.
- Fluent English.
- Degree in computer engineering or computer science is a benefit.
