Overview Role: Professional Services Consultant – Zero Trust (Madrid Based) Company: 83zero Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Location: Madrid Type: Full-Time | Permanent Language: English (Fluency in a second European language is a plus) Are you a seasoned security expert with a passion for Zero Trust architecture and enterprise-level implementation? We’re seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join a leading Cyber Security vendor delivering cutting-edge Zero Trust and SASE solutions to global clients. Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of Zero Trust services, ensuring timely and organized implementation. Gather requirements, design solutions, and produce technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, test plans, migration plans, etc.). Execute changes within customer environments and provide integration guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, collaborating with support and engineering teams. Share knowledge internally and externally, contributing to best practices and operational assets. Qualifications 5+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, or security engineering roles. Strong understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP. Expertise in Zero Trust technologies: ZTNA, SWG, RBI, DLP, CASB, Cloud Email Security. Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, SAML, ADFS, and IdP configurations. Experience with proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands. Experience with MDM platforms, AzureAD, Intune, Active Directory. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2). Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, CCNP, etc.) are a strong advantage. Fluency in a second European language. Ready to make an impact in the world of Zero Trust?
