Our goal is to grow Factory Configuration Services business by supporting the expansion of factory capabilities and services into new markets through all routes to market. Automation and connecting siloed systems (integrations) is key to this success, by reducing the number of “touches” needed by a human to complete the tasks.

What You’ll Do As An Engineering Program ManagerSolve problemsUse data analytics skills to identify operational problems, and launch projects to improve processesLead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams to expand our factory capabilities footprint to serve global customers with a standardized global design.
Be the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI)Design/Develop/Improve new or existing Supply Chain Services ProcessesEnhance the customer experience through state of the art, intuitive tools.
Enhance employees productivity and reduce manual work (e.
G. data entry) through automation of processes and connecting siloed systems/data/processes.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, scope, timeline, etcExecute on strategy to deliver new SC processes/capabilitiesPeople change management for successful adoption of new or changed processesEffective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on statusKeep project/program aligned with other strategic initiativesThe Ideal CandidatePMI PMP or PMI-ACP certified, LSS Green Belt certified, or equivalentStrong desire to understand and improve processesProven experience applying Agile practices and driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and organizational change management employing methodologies such as ADKAR, preferred.
Demonstrates a quality-first, metrics-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and data insights to continuously improve processes, performance, and business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs and SAPHands on experience developing/creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in ExcelExcellent communicator for creating visual, succinct PowerPoint presentations to executive audiencesWorking knowledge of SAP materials management and Factory processes (e.
G. service orders, material master, BOMs, SKU/CTO, EDI signals, cost, document management)Demonstrates foundational knowledge of AI principles, including generative AI concepts, data-driven insights, and responsible AI usage; prior exposure ortraining preferred.
Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively resolve complex business challenges.
Hands-on experience working with the following Microsoft software:Dynamics 365Azure Dev Ops (ADO)Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)SharePoint workflows, InfoPathFinancial acumen (P&L, revenue, cost, gross margin) and ability to creates data-driven strategiesEducation And Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required. Preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain.
Typically 8-10+ years’ experience in the workforce after college graduationTypically 4+ years of experience in various supply chain functions; understanding of E2E supply chainPMP and LSS Green Belt certifications preferredArtificial Intelligence (AI) certifications preferred8+ years of medium scale/cross-functional project management experienceExperience working in SAP with PLM, PDM, and BOMs is highly desiredHands on experience developing/creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in ExcelKnowledge And SkillsWorking knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
