Position Title: Channel Team LeadLocation: Coimbatore Role Overview As a Channel Team Lead for our Delivery Center, you will be responsible for IHS operations at our DCs and EDSP management, supporting the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan to deliver on goal performance. Essential Functions Account Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and identification of potential retail stores for time‑bound acquisition, induction and onboarding of new accounts. Account Management: Drive growth of channel partners/stores with Amazon, build and execute strategic account plans. Field Visits: Visit targeted number of stores on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Training: Deliver training & coaching on Amazon processes, products, operating model and SOPs. Reporting: Maintain & publish routine reporting on store performance and business, publish recommendations and action plans. Team Management: Build & manage a multi‑layer team, coach and mentor associates to manage targets. Operational Escalations: Handle day‑to‑day operational escalations, available round‑the‑clock to manage issues. Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, support station operations and/or customer deliveries. Engagement & Retention: Enhance engagement with accounts to improve business and increase retention. Performance Metrics: Drive stores against goals (Volume, FTR, etc.). Essential Skills Strong leadership capabilities and people‑management skills. Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations. Excellent communication and listening skills. Bias for great customer service. High ownership and follow‑through on delivery of changes/services. Analytical skills: analyze and interpret information, assess alternatives. Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Preferably from Sales/Telecom background. Advanced Excel and communication skills. Operations/people‑handling skills.
