Remote Duration: Approximately three weeks Commitment: Approximately seven hours/weekRole Responsibilities Lead engaging, one-on-one Spanish tutoring sessions.
Adapt lessons to each learner's proficiency level and assigned topics.
Encourage natural, substantive back-and-forth conversation.
Follow the provided lesson structure and project instructions.
Conduct sessions focused on maintaining engagement and avoiding off-topic conversation.
Qualifications Fluent Spanish speakers with strong verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher.3+ years of Spanish teaching or tutoring experience.
Experience teaching native English speakers at different proficiency levels.
Ability to adapt lesson structure and communication style to individual learners.
Reliable availability and a strong record of punctuality.
Comfort participating in recorded online sessions.
