Your responsibilities will cover a broad and varied range of technical and organizational tasks:Caring for green spaces, landscape gardening, and outdoor areasCleaning, maintaining, and inspecting the pool and overseeing pool technologyPerforming general manual tasks, minor repairs, and building maintenanceCoordinating, scheduling, and supervising external craft and service companiesManaging, inspecting, and organizing our company vehicle fleetCarrying out minor transport, assembly, and installation jobsEnsuring safety, cleanliness, and order across all location premisesServing as the direct contact for colleagues regarding technical building mattersWhat you bring to the role:Business-fluent Spanish language skillsCompleted vocational training in a trade or equivalent professional experience is desirableStrong manual dexterity and sound technical comprehensionIndependent, reliable, and structured approach to daily challengesFriendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues, service providers, and partnersValid category B driver's licenseWhat
