In addition, the Project Manager will lead the implementation of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) tool within the organization, a strategic project for the factory’s operational performance. This position requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer project coordination
- SIOP implementation
- Monitoring and control of project costs, delivery, and qualityJob RequirementsEducation: Industrial Engineering degree or similarExperience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions
- Required: Proven experience in project management
- Preferred: Experience in the electronics or automotive sectorTechnical Knowledge / Tools:
- Advanced MS Office
- Preferred: Microsoft Project
- ERP management
- Preferred: OdooLanguages:
- Intermediate English (spoken and written)Key Competencies
