Account Executive (German-Speaking) – Madrid, SpainReady to take ownership of the full sales cycle and grow your career with uncapped earning potential? We're looking for a native or bilingual German-speaking Account Executive to join a dynamic sales team in Madrid, focusing on the German market.

Join the team as an Account Executive, managing the full sales cycle for the German market — from initial contact through to closing subscriptions. This hybrid role calls for someone who's comfortable with cold-calling, thrives on outbound prospecting, and is ready to build a long-term sales career in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You'll Do
Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription closeHand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscriptionHandle a high-volume outbound workflow (:80-100 calls/day), with leads auto-assigned by the systemMeet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generatedWhat You Bring:Native or bilingual proficiency in GermanNative or bilingual proficiency in English1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting)Mandatory residence in Spain (no relocation support provided)Strong comfort with cold-calling and a KPI/metrics-driven mindsetAvailability aligned with US time zonesWork Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00; Friday, 9:00-15:00 — flexibility especially valued during onboarding, with US time zone alignment expected.

salary:
€30,000 gross/year, plus uncapped variable commissionMonthly commission target: €600, with performance multipliers: – Below 80% of target: x1 – 80% of target: x1.3 – 100% of target: x2 – 150% of target: x3Quarterly bonus: if your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, the entire quarter's commissions are boosted with a 3x multiplier (assessed end of March, June, September, and December)During ramp-up, the multiplier is fixed at x1 until you reach 100% of target — ramp-up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%Clear internal growth path: AE2 level at €35,000 base, AE3 level at €40,000 basePermanent contract22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between Dec 24-31Friday afternoons offFlexible compensation and benefits packageReferral bonus programOffice perks: fresh fruit, snacks, and monthly team lunchesSports and community activitiesWork Setup:Hybrid model — 50% remote available once you reach at least 70% of your target.
The first 4 weeks are fully on-site in Madrid for onboarding and training; afterward, on-site presence is required roughly once a month, with travel and related expenses covered by the company.
