AVANSEL, personnel management consultant, is seeking a Customer Manager in Recruitment and Consulting areas in our office in Córdoba, Spain. KEY RESONSABILITIES:Integral customer management in both recruitment and consulting on personnel management.
Contact with potential customers which ask for a personnel selection process or consulting services by e-mail or phone (profile definition, send budgets, follow-up and closing).
Once the budget is closed with customer, create the
job description
, publish the job offer on the webpage and job browsers, filter the CV and make interviews to candidates, looking for motivation, competences and capacities required on them.
