Our client is a global, European fashion brand with offices in Barcelona. We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department in Iberia. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR systems and processes, labor relations, budgeting and HR analytics, compensation and benefits, employee records and HR compliance. Moreover, this individual will work closely with other HR team members to provide administrative support and contribute to the overall HR strategy.
About the role
Key responsibilities
Hirings & Administration:Employee registration process: completion of contract and docusign, registration in the company's systems.
Contractual changes, administrative requests, opening of new work centers (CECOs).
Control and monitoring of permanent-discontinuous contracts (incl. rehiring).
Response, control and monitoring of time constraints, reductions, etc.
Ensure complete digitization of personnel and maintenance files.
Labour Relations:Follow-up and resolution of labour doubts and guidance of possible actions within the legal framework by the HRBP.
Consultations for agreements outside the HR Helpdesk.
Preparation of documentation/letters in relation to leaves of absence, dismissals, warnings, responses to time reductions.
Preparation for inspections, CMACs, trials, etc.
Support to the HR Director in the management of works councils (office focus).
Monthly provisions on severance payments and legal cases.
Reporting, Budgeting & HR Analytics:Reporting in relation to the area requested by HQs and Finance.
Budget process and annual reviews (3+9, 6+6, 9+3).
Monthly HR Dashboard Consolidation (KPIs).
Monthly FTEs & HC reports (Iberia scope).
Absenteeism calculations for Iberia.
Carrying out and coordinating audits of Iberian HR.
Comp & Ben:Maintenance of the salary grid and definition of salary offers online (depending on whether it is a new recruit, change of position, promotion, etc).
Benefits Program Development (Provider Intermediary).
Management of pension plans, insurance, etc (in addition to proposing new trends in benefits).
Bonus office calculations.
Annual salary review process (shops/offices), opening in the system and consolidation of increases for introduction to the system.
Unification and improvement of commission and bonus systems (Iberia).
Management of the company's car fleet.
Validation of offers (outside banding, mobilities, promotions, missions) and consultations of collective bargaining salaries.
Management of relevant procedures in cases of international internal mobility.
HR-related Projects:Biannual update of all the policies in the area: uniforms, benefits, 7P, travel, internal mobility, teleworking & flexibility, car policy.
Equality Plan (updating, monitoring of actions, communication).
Job evaluation and efficiency analysis – with suppliers / corporate.
Development and monitoring of the Whistleblowing Channel.
Propose automation improvements to simplify the area's operations.
Annual negotiation of benefit providers (wellwo, hastee, compensa, health insurance, etc).

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 of experience in an HR support role (preferably in an HR Operations or HR Generalist capacity).
Advanced user level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems (e.
G., HRIS, ATS).
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail (ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation).
Great time management skills – ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
Problem solving mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Team-player attitude – strong interest in working collaboratively with HR colleagues and across departments.

salary:
35-45K EUR (negotiable depending on experience).
