Objective As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our software and hardware products. Your primary responsibilities will include defining product vision and strategy, managing the product lifecycle, as well as collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for both software and hardware products, aligned with the company's overall goals and customer needs. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and prioritization. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and customer needs, informing product development and positioning. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches. Product Development: Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of software and hardware products. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and feature enhancements. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and key metrics, making data‑driven decisions to optimize product success and customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, plans and performance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Requirements Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing both software and hardware products. Experience in the technology or supply chain sectors is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development and hardware engineering processes, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all product‑related activities. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product strategies with overall business goals.
