We are expanding our team and are looking for an N2 Application Support Technician with at least 3 years of experience in the role to join a banking project.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Management and analysis of incidents both N1 and N2.
Interact with users and representatives of Business areas to collect information about open incidents, understanding their language and point of view to translate it into the language and point of view of IT/Systems.
Interact with Development teams to transfer functional and technical requirements related to the correction of problems (root cause of incidents).
Identification of problems using the following methods: Scoring and typing of incidents identifying anomalous, repetitive and/or critical behaviors.
Meetings and conversations with users and business areas.
Automatic or manual notifications of incidents in processes.
WHAT DO WE NEED?
Knowledge of BATCH processes, service APIs, and Java is essential.
Knowledge of DB (SQL Server and DB2 desirable) and SQL language is essential.
Knowledge of AS400 is desirable.
Functional knowledge of banking and insurance is desirable.
