Tu misión principal es mejorar la experiencia del cliente mediante la provisión de un servicio excepcional, alineando la operativa de negocio a los objetivos estratégicos de Customer Support.Como Support Optimization Technician, deberás:Colaborar con la dirección para definir estrategias que mejoren la operación de Customer Support y aumenten la satisfacción y lealtad de los clientes.Recopilar y analizar datos del desempeño de Customer Support, traduciendo los hallazgos en informes comprensibles para apoyar la toma de decisiones.Identificar, evaluar y recomendar soluciones innovadoras en IA Generativa para mejorar la operación y experiencia del cliente en Customer Support.Liderar o colaborar en proyectos de mejora de la eficiencia y eficacia de Customer Support, así como en la implementación de nuevos servicios.Identificar necesidades formativas y proporcionar formación y soporte en la actualización y creación de nuevos procedimientos para los técnicos de Customer Support.
