Jump on Board and Unlock your Potential in a Buzzing Environment that will take your Career to New HeightsPlease Note: Fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish is Essential.Minimum RequirementsWhat We’re Looking forA minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality and entertainment sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry's unique demands and nuances.Experience in luxury, lifestyle or hospitality and entertainment is preferred.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or specific training in purchasing management in a related field is preferred.Knowledge of all Relevant Laws, Regulations and Ethical Standards Practices in Procurement Activities.Clear and Effective Communication: A talent for engaging collaboratively with other departments, suppliers, and internal clients, ensuring swift, responsive, and solution-oriented communication that fosters cohesion and efficiency.Problem-Solving Expertise: A quick thinker, capable of addressing technical issues with agility, superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.Adaptability and Flexibility: The capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons or special events, with a commitment to versatility and resilience. A creative problem-solver who takes ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish.A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do' spirit.Key ResponsibilitiesManages the Procurement Activities to ensure the Efficiency and Cost-Effective sourcing of Goods and Services for Pacha Group.Identifies, coordinates, evaluates and selects Reliable Suppliers for various categories of Goods and Services, demonstrating Approach to Procurement.Seamlessly Collaborates with various departments, Suppliers, and Stakeholders to maintain High Standards of Quality while optimising costs, ensuring Procurement Processes align with its overall Goals and Standards.Negotiates Terms and Conditions with Suppliers to Secure Favourable Agreements in terms of Cost, Quality and Delivery Schedules in the purchasing progress in SAP.Establishes and maintains Sensational Relationships with Vendors to ensure a Continuous Supply of High-Quality Products.Implements Quality Standards for all purchased Goods and Services and ensures Timely Delivery.Effortlessly Collaborates with various Departments to understand their Procurement needs and create a Comprehensive Purchase Plan.Demonstrates a remarkable Approach when conducting Supplier Audits to ensure Compliance with Quality Standards and Ethical Practices.Continuously Evaluates and Benchmarks Suppliers to Identify Opportunities for Cost Savings and Process Improvements.Identifies and Mitigates Potential Risks in the Supply Chain, such as Disruptions, Price Fluctuations and quality issues.Maintains up-to-date Records of all Procurement Transactions, Contracts and Agreements.Stays Informed about Market Trends, Pricing, New Products and changes that may impact Procurement Processes, ensuring Pacha Group.Generates and submits Regular Reports on Procurement Activities including Cost Savings, Vendor Performance and Compliance Metrics.Develops a Contingency Plan to address Supply Chain Challenges and Ensures Business Continuity.The TeamPacha Family Members are Cultured yet Chic, Confident yet Self-Effacing, and Work Hard to Play even Harder.
